Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available for orders over $500 CAD for Canadian residents only.
Shipping Times
Canadian Orders:
- Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
US Orders:
- Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Shipping times depend on customs and other processing factors when shipping internationally.
International Orders:
- International orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days. However, this depends on customs processing and other factors outside our control.
All international orders are shipped using the courier selected at checkout.
Important Note:
The timeline estimate provided at checkout reflects only the transit time and does not account for processing times, which may vary. These delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Toronto Trading League is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or external factors. Shipping fees are non-refundable due to delays outside of our control.
Processing Times
Our current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. This time is in addition to the shipping times provided at checkout.
During sales, product releases, or peak times, please allow for extra processing time.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship worldwide. Please note that duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on the shipping country, and these are the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions about taxes or duties, please contact your local customs office.
Stolen Packages / Lost in Transit / Coverage
- Stolen Packages: Package protection is provided through ProtectMyOrder at checkout. If you opt into this service, stolen packages will be covered. If you do not select this option, Toronto Trading League is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Untracked Packages: Orders shipped via untracked methods are not eligible for protection and will not be covered for loss or damage. If you have paid for protection, please contact torontotradingleague@gmail.com to file a claim. Please note, replacements will be issued if stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be provided.
- Incorrect Addresses: Toronto Trading League is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, the customer will assume responsibility for any loss.
Shipping for Single Trading Cards
Single trading card orders are eligible for flat rate shipping of $5.00 for untracked stamped shipping. These orders will be sent via Regular Letter Mail (envelope) without tracking or insurance. Toronto Trading League assumes no responsibility for lost letter mail shipments as they are uninsured and untracked.
Can I Combine My Orders?
Due to high order volume, we are unable to combine existing orders. Each order will be shipped separately.
