Terms of Use

Welcome to Toronto Trading League. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General Terms

  • Toronto Trading League specializes in selling Pokémon cards and sealed Pokémon collections.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.

Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory updated but cannot guarantee stock levels.
  • Sealed products are sold as-is, and the contents are not guaranteed.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Errors in pricing will be corrected, and Toronto Trading League reserves the right to cancel orders in such cases.

Payments

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping and Handling

  • Orders are subject to 1-3 business days of handling time before shipment.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, holidays, high demand, or carrier errors.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are available for shipment.

Package Protection

Toronto Trading League offers ProtectMyOrder at checkout for lost or stolen package protection.

  • Coverage: ProtectMyOrder covers lost or stolen packages. If you decline ProtectMyOrder, you waive additional insurance beyond the courier’s $100 coverage.
  • Filing a Claim: Claims for lost or stolen packages must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery by emailing torontotradingleague@gmail.com. Our team will assist with replacement or refund if stock is unavailable. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to process.

Return and Refund Policy

TCG Tears and Rips

Sealed products may arrive with minor cosmetic defects or tears due to manufacturer handling. These are not valid reasons for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Canceling a pre-order will incur a 10% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable and applies to all pre-order cancellations.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted for Pokémon TCG products.
  • For non-TCG items, unopened products may be returned for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations (Non-Pre-Order Items)

  • Cancellations for in-stock items are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not provided.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for unopened products within 14 days of purchase.
  • A receipt is required for exchanges, which can be made for another item or store credit. If the exchange value exceeds the original item, the customer must pay the difference. If the value is lower, the difference will be issued as store credit. Refunds are not offered for exchanges.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued to an account under the customer’s name and is non-transferable. Only the account holder may redeem store credit.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Products

  • Damaged products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing torontotradingleague@gmail.com.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not provided for ripped or damaged boxes.

Missing Pieces

  • If a product is missing components, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for replacements. Manufacturer contact details are typically located on the product packaging.

Manufacturer Defects

Toronto Trading League is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including damaged cards, printing errors, or missing cards in sealed products. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly to resolve these issues.

Limitation of Liability

Toronto Trading League is not liable for damages, losses, or errors resulting from the use of our products.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and images related to Pokémon are the property of their respective owners. Toronto Trading League is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon or its parent companies.

Policy Updates

Toronto Trading League reserves the right to update or change these terms of use, policies, and procedures at any time without prior notice.
