This rare and highly prized Zisha clay (紫砂泥) comes from the No. 2 seam in Well No. 4 on Huanglong Mountain, known as “Violet” (紫羅蘭)due to its distinctive purple hues. It’s celebrated as one of the finest old purple clay types—an elite variant within the already prestigious Huanglongshan Zisha family.
